Got a blue cocker shroud from him. The package was running late. We talked and he jumped in on trying to figure out what happened right away. It was nice to see that there are still other people who care and are willing to do what ever it takes to resolve the situation at hand. I would say you have nothing to worry about with this guy as i think he did a great effort to help. even thought it was not his fault...
