WOW. I sold him a E-MicroMag that I thought was complete, that turned out not to be. It was missing the shim plate and I didn't notice it until I broke the marker down to clean and tune it before shipping...

Long story short: After almost a month of chasing down a replacement shim plate, I was finally able to deliver a complete and working marker. Dariusz was extremely patient and understanding throughout the entire process. I can't thank him enough for trusting me and letting me make it right when he could have just as easily blown the whole thing up and taken his money elsewhere. He is an exemplary member of this forum.
