Received my shoe box today, up and running! It is GREAT! My tank started out with 2500psi, it went to 4500 in 45 min. No more dive shop for me.

2000psi in 45 minutes? No way. What input pressure from shop compressor.
Did it shut off at 4500psi?

How much were you paying at the dive shop for what pressure fill and did you get what you paid for after cool down?
