The voltage will be the same.
Stock battery packs hold 650mah in capacity
My packs use 1000mah capacity cells
But again the voltage is the same
The newer the pack the more voltage it will have when fully charged
I believe i takes aprox 14+ to cycle the maker
Some new packs can hit as much as 22-24v

Regarding you claims about Tenergy Cells
From what I have read and from what I have experienced, they have a good reputation in the industry. The only repeat problems I have found reported were on 6 and 7 cell RC packs with high draw motors. In some cases the cells got hot enough to melt the plastic insulation.

Obviously xmags/emags draw far less current then a built up RC car.

Each "KCs Emag battery" pack has 14 Tenergy AAA Cells and some packs are 4+ years old at this point. To date I have had a total of 3 people report problems. No one has ever reported melting. No one has ever reported heat damage. No leaks have been reported. No arching, or sparks have been reported.
