Rails? Where we're going, we don't need rails.

The new "McFly" Trigger Frame. To be continued....

Rails? Where we're going, we don't need rails.

Video is posted, but video is not my strong suit. I will try to get more video after I get my Max Flo working right.

A look at where the trigger pin and sear axles are will give you an idea of how this was done. I applaud you sir for your ingenuity and I now look foreward to retrofitting myself an Xvalved, ULE body pistol.

Really cool and very well done, but I couldn't stand a semi without a foregrip...maybe XMT can whip up a body with an integrated foregrip/ASA mount.

I am sure a custom foregrip could be attached to the trigger guard. Or a custom grip frame with a built in foregrip.

Your thread really made me laugh with the opening sentence and i enjoyed the crusty back to the future reference!

Thanks for the opportunity to work on this project.....i had fun doing it. I hope you hit a home run with it and we get to make a production run of scratch built frames.

                      I WANT ONE!!!!

Would that be the only possible frame to be used in this application? And other than that, any other mods were done to any other part?

Sounds like Xmagterror is going make these from scratch if there's enough interest. A fore grip is a must for me. Maybe integrate a vertical ASA option like an Ion frame; or horizontal ASA / 12 gram dropout option for those building pistols...

                        Nice work Timmyjay & Xmagterror

I will provide more pictures and updates/thoughts on the planned enhancements for a final build. I used this grip because I liked the look and it has the needed hump in the back. The only other mods were to the sear pin (cut shorter) & sear (rod cut shorter),

Looks cool and nice clean work but not pants-shat-able.
