I worked on finalizing (and tested) a tool path today that was bugging me some, it worked before but the machining was not as clean as I wanted. I believe both grip designs (programming) are now fully tested and ready for production. All materials and tooling is in house and ready to go. Materials are cut and machined for fixtureing so I do have a small jump start there. Once we get going the wait will be short as all the time consuming work is now finished.

I sent the double frame out for a second opinion a few days ago, just waiting to hear back on it. I do not anticipate any problems, I just wanted a second opinion and wanted someone else to have a look see first hand in case I missed anything.

I believe I will machine all the grip panels over next few days while I’m waiting on the final word on the frame being tested. Plus I need to get a sale thread up (Hopefully tomorrow) to see if you guys are still interested in purchasing one. The pre order is just to help me get the initial numbers somewhat close between the two designs before I machine anything. Plus it will help me figure out what triggers I need to machine. Everyone is welcome to wait until the production is done to make a purchase but I cant guarantee the correct inventory to go around.
