After all these years I have a question about Micromags...

Is the Micro2000 feedneck press fit? Or is it a true unibody? Never thought to mess with one.

My understanding is that a very few of those had a threaded feedneck from PTP. But the overwhelming majority where press fit.

D'oh, I sometimes forget (since most of my Automags are Micros or Xmags) that in the autococker world, "unibody" means that the feedneck stem is milled out of the same block of aluminum and then threaded, as opposed to being pressed in or threaded in.

I have one of the 10 that is threaded. I was given to understand that they were slated for the 2004 MicroPneumag project.

Thanks for the help guys, it explains a lot about a recent ano project.
