My goal is to design at least 30 banners for the new site. After that I will include the PSD file so anyone can photoshop people into it. I will include the brushes and fonts as well.

That's a great idea. You want in the banner, you do it yourself (or with help) and submit the completed pic. Makes things MUCH easier that way, and will be a lot less likely to cause a backlog of work to do.

Another suggestion to keep things from getting stale: do an annual wipe and have banner photos resubmitted each year. This way it's always going to be populated by current active members.

This picture was taken April of 1996, our all Mag Team.
I never posted it because of the lack of barrel plugs, but oh well.
