If it accepts an X-valve, it will accept a Classic valve with no problems. Unless, of course, you meant a "classic" RT valve.

I think he means the rt classic valve, which won't work with this body. But It will work with any valve between the classic 68 to the xvalve. With the exclusion of the rt classic that had the body and rail that extended over the vavle
