hrm. k...as u all know by now im that noob that askes all these weird questions.

about 5 years ago i bought a minimag.

i haven't used it in a field...not once.

i've shot about 1000 paintballs total with it....actually not even.

i only rent when i go pballing because i'm scared to mess up my minimag. i don't have nitrogen for it yet and i didnt' feel like using co2. so i'm waiting for nitrogen and for it to be all done before i use it.

so...anyways, i have like all the stars left on the valve. i remember reading 5 years ago that i could send it back and they fix it or something and then they remove a star? was that what it was for? and that's only within the first year of purchase right?

I believe thats whenever you need it repaired.. The stars are part of the warranty system. You could go to airgun.com and read their warranty policy and it will explain it

wow, i kinda wish there was something wrong with my marker so that i could send it in and have everything looked at. i wonder if i ever messed it up by taking it apart.

holy crap man, there is nothing wrong with using c02 if thats all you have!!! as long as its vertical and its not cold, and even then all it does it freeze

Don't rent anymore you have a workhorse there. I have had my mini since 93'-94' and it's been through hell and back. It's never been back to the factory for repairs, and it's never given me problems. You'll never have a problem with your mag. Magz rule. It will last longer than you. :)

i still cant get over the fact that you had your mini for 5 years and you have yet to break in the trigger. how bout this i offer you a small amount and i take your mini off your hands. wait your telling me that in 5 years you couldnt purchase a small 47 or 68 3000 tank and a 12 volt revolution!!!!! i got those 3 weeks after getting the mag and the revvy before i even used it on the field. i used my mag twice on co2 and it worked great the first time but the second time was not a memorable experience. its taken you five years!!!!! im sorry i cant get over that.

edit: what have you been upgrading you dont even have a retro yet. if you had a retro then i could understand your whole saving up for nitro deal.

oh. let me explain.

i had it for five years, but i didn't actually start saving up and buying stuff for it until like...2 years ago. but at the same time i snowboard and play computer games competitively....so therefore i have to buy snowboarding equipment and build new computers for myself.

i guess i saved for what was top in my priority list. i snowboarded and played videogames a lot more than i went paintballing.
