3/4" (.75") thick, Truely slightly smaller after a small quick cut to level the material.
Same as M90, E90, VER?, Airwalk and others.

Ok. Probably just a visual thing. How thin/thick will the panels be?

A picture of actual product (looking awesome, I might add) shortly after taking orders on AO? This is unheard of!! Cougar, you have to wait at least until spring to ship these out. It's the AO way!

No offense to the other dealers who actually follow through as promised (luke, p8tball4me, etc.). I think we are all aware of AO's dirty dirty history of failed preorders. I'm just glad to see that things are finally turning around.

Im trying my best to keep these on schedule. All is looking well at this point.

I figure with pre-orders history here on AO that there has to be progress reports made.

I never designed any for electro use. It wouldnt be hard but with the lack of boards currently theres no use. That and a eframe version would be in the $500 range. So I doubt they would sell.

    Most likely.

To me it looks to be around the right dims to cut a couple triggers out of.

Update: Was hoping they would be ready early this month. Looks like they go to ano next week. Then to me for assembly. Still looking at a December date. Pictures will come as I get them.

    Edit:
    We're getting close.

    Todays Pictures.
Pile of fully machined frames. Everything's getting polished. Then those that need Matte get blasted doing both steps will give the best finish for those who want dust. Then Ano.

Sounds excellent! Will the raw frames ship sometime soon and will they come assembled (hoping not, if that's an option)?

All frames will ship at the same time as long as they are paid for which the majority are.
The are all in Cali right now. They will all ship to me after ano. Then be shipped to you guys.

I figure shipping will be the paid ones in a large batch and then the others as they are paid.

I can skip assembly if you like.

dude hate to see you like this, that's to much to worry about. Just put all those in a box and ship them to me. You will never have to worry again.

silly goose; he's saying the frame will be added to a stash of parts for future use.

Keith, did you design the VER as well, or was that fully Jai's work?

    Ver's were competely Jai's work.

I had to have one. Even without any planned use.
