There are quite a bit of E/X/SFL collectors out there. Many of them do not post on AO or any of the other paintball forums. My favorite collection is Greg Knight's....

I think the highest number I had at one time was 7 including an Xmag, plus another "complete" marker sans body while waiting for Micromags to be finished.

    Now I have one

    Exclamation

I think a better question would be who owns electronic mag(s) AND can fix it themselves with no outside help (without sending it out to Tuna or......) ?

Anyone can own an electronic mag, but very few can keep them tuned and working.

You can tune a piano but you cant tune a fish...........

That can be said of most markers, I've found.

I had a stubborn set of lowers and tried all sorts of things. I brought in another guy who's been shooting mags for a million years and he was stumped too. We followed the handbook, got creative, asked questions on several forums, but couldn't figure it out. Turns out some sort of magnetic dust, nearly invisible to the naked eye, had built up on one of the trigger magnets, and that was causing the problem.

that's very common for magnets to do. depending on the age of them.

yeah some time troubles are super simple, but can be real unruly, I wount have ever guessed something like that, my buddy is the one who told me about it and showed me how it happens.

I've got an E-Tac that I keep tuned myself. Had some minor problems here and there after anodizing, but with a few posts in the tech forum I got it all working.

If anything happened to my board, though, I'd have to send it off for repair. I just haven't had a lot of luck doing small circuitry soldering. I think either my equipment or technique is bad, or both. I wouldn't want to take the chance of burning the entire board due to a home repair. I'm not sure board repairs are what you're referring to when you say "and fix it themselves" though.
