they flush fit without to much trouble, just make a new front frame screw hole...

    OR...

you could hide a full automag inside an ion body/frame for an ultimate sleeper

or you could do what i did and drop a hacked up rail into a broken ion

don't have one of the two parts together but i'm sure you can line the cuts on the frame with the rail...

    THANK's keep the ideas coming
I'm familiar with stanchy he's just super busy with stuff so I may do it myself just wondering if there was a how to guide? But I'm sure I could just match up rail holes mark it and go from there. This is a mock up of my project phase one I still need some parts

Are you thinking pnueMag for this project?Seems pretty doable. If you can find an aftermarket Ion frame for cheap they may be better, most have alot more space inside, the NDZ Scorpion frames a huge inside compared to stock ones.
If you need any measurements of anything PM me,I've got a ton of Ion stuff

    PM replied,sorry no Epif frames
Any reason the mech 3way on a pnueMag can't be replaced by the Ion solenoid 3way?

you should mount the sear in the frame and skip the rail.

I was looking at that possibly but I have to make sure it will work geometry of on off pin length trigger sear etc

    Berry comfy!
Next is either rt or ult on/off to lighten trigger pull a bit
Or I may just purchase an Xvalve with ult and level 10 from tuna

I love it! I was thinking about adding an intelli frame to my mag but this caught my eye. When you mentioned milling the rail, was that just for esthetics to match the epiphany frame or for mounting purposes (aligning the front frame screw location)? How did you modify the sear pin (i.e. how and what is the new length)?

    Thanks man.
Yes I said milling because at that point it was just a thought of building this and I didn't know what was needed so I was seeking information. All I did was buy the epiphany I mocked it up with rail and body and drilled a new frame screw hole bought some longer screws at Home Depot cut them down to size.
I got the sear mod from Luke's customs and I shortened the sear pin by twisting the threads so that there is a small gap between trigger and sear pin when gases up. I also sent my frame to Luke so he could make a rail to match length of trigger frame. It shoots great asa leaks at npt threads of macro and 10 round tube was just for testing I'll be picking up a hopper soon.
