why not send to AGD for that ?
1. you will get what you pay for
2. problem will surely be fixed
3. what if the person who takes your marker ran away ?

If you have ALL the shims in there, that's most likely the problem.

Here's what you do first. Gas the gun up. Put your finger in the breech and put it up against the bolt. Push the bolt. If the leak stops, it's a shim leak. If the leak just changes noise, it's a carrier leak.

Report back and we'll go from there.

Also- how new is the Xvalve? How many rounds have you put through it?

Give a man a fish, he eats for a day.
Teach a man to fish, he'll eat for a lifetime.

If the leak down the barrel is intermittent then you should remove all the shims. I run 0 shims in all of my markers but I think 2 shims is a common number. If the leak is constant you should reduce the LX carrier. You should be able to use the stock X-Valve on/off pin. You should tune the LX with the stock trigger frame... makes seperating the Hypermag problems from the LX issues a little easier.

Dayspring. I know that. I my self still learning how to tweak my mag. However, since he was asking pepople to fix his marker for him at a price, I was wondering why he didn't go straight to AGD, knowing it's safer.
Of course I'd really suggest everybody to take care or their mag on their own. Luckily lots of people have to do that byt hem self since some people are "less fortunate".

You answer our questions first. This will save you $ on shipping and a few weeks without a gun.

But in the event that we can't solve it here, you need to call AGD to get a RA#.

If this is a shim leak, it'll be totally easy to solve. Same with a carrier leak. We can fix this, all he needs to do is work with us a pinch.

The Tunaman is correct. AGD will not work on a marker with a Hyperframe. However, Centerflag will. I have talked to the manager at Centerflag(his name excapes me right now) and he is very nice.

Centerflags website is http://www.centerflagproducts.com/
and their phone # is (630) 553-2611.

I have never dealt with Tunaman personally but he has given me some great advice here on AO. I have read many replies from people who he has done work for and they were all very happy. I would either send it to Centerflag or Tunaman.

Hope this helps,
Bryan
