Rail forgrip compatability

I think I read somewhere that omega rails arnt compatable with somethings... would it be compatable with:

Y-Grip
Chord body
xvalve
fighter x sports 4.5 foregrip?

Don't try to combine an Omega rail with a Hyperframe, though. I'm told that the rail is a little too thick for reliable operation of the solenoid.
