Without a picture of a real Revolution to compare you can't really tell how much smaller it is. The lid is the same one that's on your pods.

This a 130 ball (100 comfortabaly) hopper.

I still need to finalize the battery location, just testing it to make sure it works.

X-board with J&J vortex 'peller. Still works off the optical eye.

Works awsome, with a smaller profile. I wish I could fit 2 9V's in the trigger frame.

Wow dude, nice work but if that thing gets shot its going to explode! :p
You should find some way to protect the electronics

Thanks for the replies. Ghetto? Yep!! Ghetto Fabulous.

It's a work in progress. I'm going to stack the batteries vertical instead next to each other and make a battery box to protect them and the eye.

The board out back will also get a cover.

I don't even know the name of the hopper it started out as. The lid says FatBoy. You can find them online for like $1.99. I think it was paintball gear, skanline, or iisports. (too lazy to look).

If you have 100 ball pods, this would be perfect for the front man. After it is beefed up of course.

I actually want to find an old 9V board instead of a 12V. For a pump I don't need the speed and it would be one less battery.

very nice, i have an idea as well but more on the idea of

mucho grande!! Im a backplayer of course. anyways, you could buy a cheap project box from radioshack to cover up the electronics, and if you want the hetto appeal, you could buy two 9 volt carriers onto the bottom of the loader.

whats next? agitated 45 rounders? JK.

cool idea though.

dont' laugh at the 45 rounder. I seriously considered it, but dropped it once I found these hoppers.

Checked R.Shack already, before I started project. I'm making a cover out of an old coolant resevoir from my race bike (for the batteries).

Hrm, where did you find this hopper? I'm thinking I could use 2 of them on an upcoming project.

Yeah, but that Quantum runs all the time until you turn it off. Pump is all about the stealth, not noise to announce where you are!

Plus, this one cost $6.00 and one spare VL.

They have a pressure switch for them now that's actually kinda neat.

First of all, read the lid. It's NOT a VL.

Second, I bought two. One to drill, one to leave alone.

Third, If I ever do get my hands on an old school 130 round ViewLoader again I'm going to pass it through the bandsaw 8 or 9 times then send you the pictures.

On a side note, this hopper looks NOTHING like the old VL's.
I've owned them before, have you?

no no no!

you chopped off the motor section from an old 12v revvy with the rubber shells and put it on that clear POS generic loader

i refer to the pre-BE shells as old skool

Oh, my bad.

your right on that then. I don't consider any motorized hopper old school so I didn't think of that.

It may be a POS hopper (Fat Boy), but it's perfect size for open pump games, much quieter than the 40 round boxes.
