I don't have one, but I'm just curious. I'm under the assumption that the emag has two settings: semi and full auto. What is the default fire rate of the full auto and can you adjust that?

that would be an incorrect assumption. they have semi only. I believe it is capped at 20BPS, though I may be wrong on that.

can people really pull the trigger 20 times per second? That seems rediculous. They should make an automatic version of it for recballers like me.

alot of people can pull it at about 17-18......so pretty close.

if you want a full auto version, you would have to replace the board.

do they make a full auto board for it?

That would be sweet!

if by "they" you mean AGD, no.

but you can get the morlock or automagnum board installed. it has all the modes of fire and just about unlimited ROF.

My emag tops at 16bps with its current software version.

As for automatic.....how would u like to get shot 6-10 times in the same place. I have seen fights cuz someone was shooting full atuo.

I'm not trying to shoot 20 bps during rec, I just thought it would be convenient to have a full auto mode in a marker capable of it. I'm happy with 10 or 12 bps in full auto... way more than what I need for recball.

The AGD board for the emag is capped at 16bps. Hopefully soon the new rev will come out and the board will be able to hit higher ROFs.

As far as full auto xen_100 said it best. Aftermarket board. BUT, you can get a jumper for your emag that will allow you to do bursts. Which in reality is just a bit off from full auto.

Me personally, I have 0 respect for people who need burst, full auto, turbo etc to play. Just learn how to walk or fan your trigger. You just may surprise yourself.

what does burst mode do? I mean, I know what a burst is, but how many at a time? Is that programmable? I don't really need full auto, it's just fun to mess around with.

The burst mode can be set to 3, 6, or 9 shots per pull. The rate of fire for burst is 9 bps.

yea, my emag has semi auto capped at 16bps and bursts of 3 or 6 capped at 9 bps. Full auto is all you need and anything else is useless though because not only do most if not all respectable fields not allow for enhnaced firing modes, but god help you if you can't walk or fan an emag trigger over 9bps. I've hit the cap of 16bps on semiauto easily considering how light the trigger is. (i have two magnets, but a big shim thing.

so basiclly, BPS is just the speed that you COULD fire if the gun and balls fed that fast? Whats this stuff about upgrading software to shoot faster? heh so 4.01 is coming out eh? (saw Miscules post)
