ok i got the classic mag... http://store.yahoo.com/actionvillage/010-1000.html ...and the feed tube is freakin huge..and hwne i putt on my hopper and elbow on everyoen can see me from behind a baracade...so is there n e way i can make is smaller>???? thanks guys..and how low can it go if i can make it smaller...thanks

I used a die grinder and a cutting disc like this one...

and btw, you can use a dremel to cut it off, or use a hacksaw [as mentioned above], or if you got the time you can sand it the whole way down lol

just make sure you have enough feedneck left for your elb0w :o

trust me i fixed up my centerfeed the other day
use a pipe cutter they will give you the straightest cleanest cut you can get

Alright, all comedy aside...


I was looking at some pipe cutters at the hardware store today (the kind that look like vise clamps), and it didn't look like they were really strong enough to cut the stainless steel of a mag body.


Is there some specific brand or something I should be looking for?
