03 conquest/ 02 tank?!!!

does anyone know, is there any difference bottle wise between the 03 conquests with tanks that are 02 hydro dated and 03 conquests with 03 hydro dated tanks? or are the tanks just the same, diff reg.

Same tank, different reg. The bottle itself may look different on the outside, but it isn't different from the 02 at all performance wise.
