Yup... all the same with just different "styling" or "trim". This happens a lot between industries.
I have been thinking of picking up some “Specialized” Gloves for paintball… and for when I Mountain Bike… duel purpose! :D

And they have others as well. I love the design of the full finger ones, but wish they came the SAME but with half fingers. Of course I could probably “modify” them myself if I really wanted to…..

I never liked the specialized apparel, I always seem to eat them up. I have had shorts, shoes and gloves at different times and never had luck with them. I currently have been wearing RaceFace gloves fot MTB. I don't wear gloves for paintball, not sure how long they would last in that application.

I wear gloves half the time, and not the other. I like it so when I get hand shots they don’t hurt… not that they do very bad anyways but why not use a little protection as long as it is comfortable.
I have not tried these gloves, so don’t know. Any more insight you can give would be appreciated. Also post up some pictures of your gloves at this point (as mentioned in your post).
