12 volt problem

I have a 12 volt revolution hopper, that when turned on and even when loaded properly, keeps spinning and doesn't stop. Is there a way I can fix it?

your eye is prolly in the harness the wrong way, or the eye is dead. pull the harness off the revvie board and put it on the otherway (up-side-down) a nd then try...if that doesnt do it, get a new eye harness
