Help! I need Good Information about paintballs

Hey AO I need some help I need to find some statistics on how paintballs are safe for the environment, and how they bio degrade. I know all of the information on what is in them, but really I am looking for is any kind of study done to see if they are harmful to plants animals venation. Has anyone seen anything like this?

I went to the site there is alot of good information there for anyone physics type work but i couldn't find anything environmental.
