Earliest day for 3.0 software updates at cup?

I was wondering when the VERY FIRST day AGD would be available to update the software on my SFL to 3.0. According to the info on the PSP Website (http://www.pspevents.com/worldcup/itinerary.html), fields are pretty much open for walking tomorrow (Saturday, the 18th). I was wondering if AGD would be available by then to update my software.

I fly in Sunday morring land at 10am.

I kinda have a free ish day, so unless teh weather is poopoo dont count on seeing me or my laptop atthe event until monday afternoon after 5pm depening on whats going on.

If you want to be helpfull, make sure your grip pannel is off when you bring the gun up to us. It takes about 3 minutes to flash the gun.
