It was several days before christmas and Santa being the ever efficient, "Jolly Old Elf" is making a practice run over North America, trying out his new stealth technology.

Since 9/11 , the security over North American airspace has been extremely difficult to penetrate. Fortunately for Santa, Bernard (His number one Elf) and the boys at the lab have developed an extremely effective stealth device for the sleigh.

The plan was to make three passes North to South. One pass over the West coast. One pass over the Central U.S. and one pass over the East coast.

The West coast pass went without a hitch, but as he was making a sharp turn over Canada he sloshed his Cocoa, and one tiny drop found its way inside the stealth device and dripped ever so lightly upon the central magic processing unit. That my friends was all it took.

Unknown to Santa ,he was now without stealth, and as plain as the nose on Rudolph's face , and was heading for disaster at thirty thousand feet, at over mach 2.

General Scrooge was on duty at NORAD that evening. He had just fired up his cigar and propped his feet up on his desk when to his surprise the "Red" Phone rang. "Scrooge here" he said with a smirk "this better be good." "Sir, Jones here" came the voice from the other end. "We have a Bogey coming straight down from Canada we cannot identify" said Jones with a tremble in his voice. "It's traveling at over Mach 2 at thirty thousand feet". General Scrooge sprang to his feet. "Spool up the Patriots". "Scramble the interceptors". "If we cannot identify it bring it down" he said. "Yes Sir" was all Jones could say.
