A newer LCD is the way to go. Generally it's all you need. My first uprgrade suggestion would be a clamping feedneck. The DYE's already come with eyes so you're set there; although mine does'nt have eyes and since I set it up properly, I've yet to chop a ball. They make various internal upgrades that are supposed to make them a hair more efficient and quiet them a bit more but I'm not sure if the returns are worth the cost on those. Although, if I stick with a matrix a may give an Evolve kit a go.

You just said you were going to con your parents for more money, AND your 12. How can you earn over 2000 dollars when your 12?

Your parents/grandma must pay rediculously well then.

If you want the absolute best performance, get an Evolve Bolt Kit, AKA SCM LPR, CCM No rise, and a Sidewinder reg. DYE backplates are also stylish.:D

Get a life and stop complaining. Some of us are better off than other financially, some of us have more generous parents.

Anyway onto the trix...
AKA SCM LPR (Soda Can Mod LPR... AWSOME)
I've heard good things about free flow bolt kits
CCM clamping feedneck, beats all others into the ground.
AKA Sidewinder reg.. now your rockin

Sell the matrix, get a Viking... lol j/k.

Hmm. Dissapointing.

Dave at Gen-E tested several inline regs and determined the CP had the best recharge rate.

SCM is simply "self adjusting" so supposedly a set and forget, and for being 12 that may be your best bet, but other than the "self adjusting factor" and hype there is no reason to switch the PBC for the SCM.

Evolve boasts the best numbers from a bolt kit right now.

Clamping feedneck is easy enough.

I recently ran a price comparison, and it is actually not a bad idea to build up an LED with the flops or eggi eye. Both are superior to the factory board, even with gun 20 chip.

Good luck. And try to feed it with a halo.

I dont care when somebody is well off, I mean, were not to shabby, and I certainly am not mad about him having everything he wants, but sheesh, gimme a break. I was just saying...hes 12 and has probably about 5k in paintball stuff (after the dye trix) again, simply jealousy ;)

Bah! I'm always the one to be the jerk you spoiled little...just kidding. I do have a jelousy problem though. Just ask the guys who talk to my girlfriend for more than a few seconds. I actually threatened a few of them...and they say I need anger managment! HA!

Yes, get the Matrix. Good Gun.

As long are you are thankful for what you get, there is no harm in getting it.

Yeah, my parents are pretty good to me too. I just dont show it because I'm an ungrateful little bastard most of the time. Oh well. They know I love them.

The rest of my family has been unbelievably good to me too.

Man you must do some hard labor. What does your family have you do, like make Nikes, or lace up soccer balls in a sweat shop or something? You get some damn good money for your age.

If you consider 1200 to 2500+ a "hair" more efficient, then yeah, bolt kits can do that.
