feed elbows

hey guys do any of you use metal elbows or do the plastic ones work fine. I have already broken one. I am talking about the power feed here. what do you guys use.

Vert feed. :)

I like the PMI elbos only b/c you can screw tighten them down. But, they are more brittle than some of them out there. (The stock white plastic ones.)

Metal ones might scratch the body if you're not careful.
