We are really trying to have it close to Chicago. The first places we wanted didnt work out so we are still looking.

Can I recommend a place? Rochester seems to have an enormous paintball calling. pbnation is hosted here, we have dozens of fields, and its closer to me :)

I guess most of the paintball world could care less about those people west of the Rockies..go figure..

up for Rochester :-D I know a field that would be happy to do it too. They do an anual fundraiser for Lue Gereks (sp?)Desease. An airport is close by the field also there are a lot of people that would come, they had 200 or so for a senerio during the summer.

They need to keep it more centered, like Chicago. Nt that thats dead center, but more central. Rochester is too far east and too far north in the middle of no where. Any west coast is just too far, especial california(all you cali folks are too weired anyway, I mean cmon! You just voted Swartzenegger for governor!)
Lou Gherigs disease BTW.

Keep it close, that way I wont be up again for 48 hours from driving Friday and playing all day Saturday with no sleep. I'd do it again in a heart beat:D

They need to have it in a location that is close to a BIG city and a major international airport. People should have no problems flying, but they are not gonna want to pay $800 and 3 layovers later to fly into some little airport that has a house for a terminal. I am all up for Chicago again, though I really doubt that there is a field there as good as EMR.

Realms of Ruin in Custer Park, IL is an awesome field for scenarios, had the pleasure of checking it out recently.

Great field, that wouldnt be able to handle the magnatitude of shatner ball though

I think challenge park, with them having nothing to do with it, get a private air company, and have someone do all the paint sales.

I have played sc village and badlandz isn't really the equivelant :) sorry.....

It really doesn't have to do with chicago having more pball companies. Its just to draw more people....

Plenty of hotels and cheap flights in from atlanta, charlotte, raliegh durham, and newerk airports. lot of beach and plenty of partying. there is alwaysd the chance of a huricane but that would just make things more interesting

How about a place like Bear Claw in Tennessee. Within a 1 hour drive to Nashville and the facility is more than 70 acres. They currently run around 4 large scenarios a year and Tom was out there this past spring for Risk It All.
