Desired Emag car charger output voltage?

What should the output voltage on an AGD car charger be? Just got a used Emag with a dead battery (like 1 volt dead) and the charger is kicking out 29 volts. I am wondering if the charger killed the battery.

with a 12v 1500ma input to the charger, 26.58 volts is what I see coming out of these chargers. So it seems to be working. Check the battery voltage after the battery has charged for at least 4-5 hrs. Let it rest a while before checking. Should have 18+ volts.;)
