well i got a y grip, and i would suggest to try and hold a mag with one before you buy it, just to make sure you like it. Im not really sure if i like mine.. just bought a kapp dz2 rail drop to offset the tank to the left to see if that helps. (im pretty sure the tank in the way is why i dont like it.) but see if you can try them out, then pick.

was this even helpful?

When I had my 68 classic I had a blade intelliframe on it. I liked it alot more than the Y-Grip. It's probably just me, but I got so used to shooting with my wrist bent, I really find it hard to shoot other things. Even space frames on my friends angels aren't doin' it for me. I enjoy the intelliframes very much.

If you pratice walking or just fireing you'll see your wrist is tilted.

I say y grip not because it is my personal favorite but because if you don't like there are plenty of people on here willin to trade you a y for an i. just a thought i had.

the y grip is starting to sound good but will the dye panels fit on the y-grip backwards. i guess yes because regular panel grips fit the y

You really don't need different grips for the Y... by the nature of it, the grips never come into play much, as opposed to the intelliframe. With my z-grip I love the stock grips... wouldn't think of trying to swap em out.
