Doobie is heading back to Iraq! (I guess they didn't get it the first time!)

That’s right, AO’s secret weapon is being sent back to Iraq! I guess they didn’t get enough Doobieness last time and need a little more to straighten things out! :) Time to bring it!
I will be leaving the country shortly after AO SC so that will be my last hurrah! That will be a fun time before I leave.
Before I left Iraq in August, they were setting up Internet stations so I should be able to give you some updates on occasion.

Hey doobie where ya stationed at right now. I'm in fort hood Tx. We leave for Illishim Germany in June then off to Iraq by the end of the month. Good luck man. How bad is it there this will be my first taste of the desert.

I'm with the 101st at Ft. Campbell. I'm in ANCOC at Ft. Benning right now with some "Hoodies" who will be going with you.
The desert?...HOT! Drink tons o'water and you aclimate soon enough.:)

doobie I am from Mi so the heat will kill me. I am currently sitting in front of my friend's computer. she Is in first cav. I am in the very recently reactivated 2/6 cav. tell all your hood buddies I said hi. good luck over there, and leave me some body to shoot at. I want my combat patch. The way things in the world are looking my class A's will have more combat stripes than servace stripe by the time of my first renlistment. I just hope I get to go airborne and or air assult when I get back from germany. but I hear we might go to fort carson when we come back from germany........but you know how the army is nothing is for sertain untill you have your orders in hand. I was over at the Sports Bar, Explorers in Clemson tonight, where we have this SE AO party on Saturday night and after the owner found out you going back to serve our country he says you eating and drinking for free Doobie. His honor to do it.

And there is another little suprise that night coming for you too. :)

Doobie- My bro and his helicopter unit for the Utah Air National Guard might be heading over there this January. He's already been in Kuwaitt for 6 months and he is loving the fact he gets to spend up to 18 months in the desert.

Good luck. I've seen many units come and go from Ramstein A.B ( Biggest Air base WOOT!). A lot of them come down to the field and play with us and share good ol' stories. GOOD LUCK (again)!
