Doobie, I dont know what you were smoking when you sent this back, but it is effin gorgeous. Aww well, I got it, you dont. Yeah you like dat! :D :cool:

Edit: **Anyone know how I can protect the signiture from being wiped off? Anything I can spray on it to protect it?

looks like the breach wasnt faded with the rest of the marker. sounds like a reason for some to reject it, but i wouldnt have.

that is awesome! this one had better be with you forever. otherwise you're gonna get smacked by someone. there's nowhere for you to hide. SOMEONE will smack you if you sell this one.

I'll have better pictures tomorrow. The pewter fade starts after the breech, it is supposed to be all pewter. Doobie didn't want it because he ordered a Black/Silver fade. Not Black/Pewter/Silver. At least thats what I was told. It is HOT!

No duh he's an xmag whore... you know, we have a program for that... It's called "the 3 step process to permantantly gluing your xmag to your hand"! hahaha, just imagine having an xmag on your hand at all times and never being able to part with it! That'd teach you a lesson or 2!

Anyway, um... maybe you could preserve the sig by putting a layer of clear pc or anno over it?

The reason it was sent back was the fact that he asked for a clear to black fade and due to the annodizers inability to get the concept that anno fades dont include the barrel as part of the transition.

basicly it wasnt what he requested.

Well...as happy as I was to get the gun signed...it was the wrong color. It is a beautiful gun, but not what I ordered. I wanted a TWO color fade, black to clear. All that metallic blue in the middle just dosn't do it for me. It was incredibly hard for me to decide to part with it because of the signature, let me tell you!:( I decided that I wanted what I paid for and I am sure that given the $$ of these markers, anyone would agree. NEVAR!! :) This one was a gift for me, it was bought for me under the condition that it would never be sold/traded. The other two I bought and sold. So it will never go anywhere. :)

Yeah, Im trying to find a local place that can do it. One place said they could, for $80.00! Thats thier hourly rate for laser time. So looks like that will have to wait a while.

i knew it was sharpie, take it to the mall and see if things remebered(or whatever personalizing shop you have) will do it

Yup! Both Dye. Dye Long Drop w/ Dye Airport.

:p It matches the gun perfectly and they are very nice.

LOL! I did actually, but I took the breech and barrel off so it didn't look so much like a gun. People were kind of weireded out and tended to get out of my way rather quickly. :p

Unfortunatly Things Remembered can't do it. they have no way of tracing the sig to get the laser to follow it. :(

That and I think she was only like...17 years old...and no manager was around. When they asked what it was and I said "A paintball gun" and the girl was like "wow my brother does that but his gun isent as pretty as that." lol! If only I had some automags.org flyers with me. :p
