View Full Version : Dunkin Donuts rules my universe

In Jersey and PA now it is getting COLD.

Now, I'm from North Dakota (keep the snickering to a minimum please) so I KNOW cold weather. However, 30 degrees for 10 hours periods (a full day or playing or reffing paintball) starts to get a little thin in my book. Added to the fact I don't really "bundle" up, just a sweatshirt and jersey.

So I went to Dunkin Donuts yesterday to get a thermos with hot chocolate in it. I had to drive 90 minutes to the field after filling the thermos and then spent 10 hours outside reffing, and at the end of the day it was still hot.

I think Dunkin Donuts gets their thermoses from Aliens who have traded the technology in exchange for making us all coffeine and sugar addicted.

Oh well, a small price to pay...

I think Dunkin Donuts uses fission to keep their drinks hot. Their coffee is still mouth-burning hot after sitting out for an hour.

It's not natural. It scares me. :D

There's only one blend at the 'buck that's any good: Sumatra. Verona's a close second, but when they don't have Sumatra I usually go for a 6-shot Americano - twice a day.

hmm dunken donuts a buck a coffee starbucks 7$ a coffee hmmmmm its actually quite simple why we like our dunken donuts oh and you get donuts not some crappy tasting browny things for a buck fifty id much rather spend 50 cents per donut

krispy kream rocks for doughnuts buts DD is my main choice for coffee mmmm hazlenut cream and extra suga baby!, no krispy kreams in cape cod though

i keep seeing sonic comericals but ive never seen one in real life

Starbucks>=Dunkin Dougnuts

Unfortuantaly, there is neither of the 2 near me. I settle for Dunkin Dougnuts. I personly don't like coffee..but Chai is damn good. I could never get sick of that stuff.

You can't compare starbucks to DD. DD is a doghnut shop, while starbucks is some yuppy capachino place. if you want coffe and a doghnut, you would go to DD, if you wanted a frapachino you would go to starbucks.

Krispy Kreme is by far the best donut place on earth. When that hot sign flashes everyone from miles around flocks to it like its a beacon. Their hot chocolate is great too. Never tried their coffee. Our DD got shut down years ago because of really bad food poisioning but the ones i've frequented lately don't impress me as much as Krispy Kreme.

if u think krispy kreme is great...try going to the factory and having them right as they are made...HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM good!

the DD sucks by me...i dont like coffee, sooo i get Coolatas..i like the strawberry one, and NO DD around me makes them...i hate them now..starbucks rocks...awesome hot chocolate :)
