new VL 'Ngine

the new "n gine" is supposed to have a z board stock, and will consistantly feed 27 bps.

its got a pod thing to load the balls with, sort of like the Q loader.

its also ugly as hell, and looks like a funky space ship

WHY do you need that fast of speed? will having 29 bps really make u win, or will it just eat ur wallet cuz u need more and mroe paint. jeeze they should just make the limit 13 bps full auto, that would be more fun lol

the faster hopper is so you can attain more bps without chopping and yes it will help u win, and also full auto is not allowed, because it is too dangerous

hmm so 13bps full auto is dangerous, but 16+ bps semi flying at you is safer?!

Yes, because if you pull a 13 ball per second trigger for one second, it shoots 13 balls. If you pull a 16 bps capped gun for a second, it shoots one gun. Hell, if the cap was 1000000 bps it would still only shoot one ball. Its much safer that way, so no serious accidents happen. However, with the stupid bounce people brag about and put on their guns, its probally just as bad.

nonononono what i ment, is the good trigger walkers and fanners shooting 16+ balls at you per sec, not the cap!! hmm what would u rather have fly at you in one sec, 13 balls, or 16+? which seems safer?

I dont believe that the in-game aspect of full auto is why it is banned from most fields. It is pretty cheap, but I think the real reason is for off field safety, if im not mistaken.

I'll have to wait a while before I comment. I want to see its real speed, maximum capacity, battery life, weight, balance, all that. Nobody's really able to comment except on looks.


But as we all know when the Revvy first came out it was "ugly as sin." Now it's everywhere. When Halo first came out it was "ugly as sin" and now that's everywhere.

Personally I think the 'Ngine is really cool. If it weren't for the fact that I have an eggy (which isnt working anyway right now, but $30 is cheaper than the $90+ this hopper is pretty much guaranteed to cost) I'd pick one of these up.

That peice of ulgy looks like it will stick up pretty high of your gun. I even think it would stick up over the top of your gun when mounted on a warp. I will pass and keep my warp and halo b

I think this would best work with a warp myself personally... IDK though...

I assume the pod is a twist lock type thing load in...quick reloading specially with warp...

and it wont be as visable when tucked into ones arm...insted of ontop of ones marker..LOL

I was thinking about the N'gine last night before I crashed out and realized that there would probably we absouletely no way of reloading until you have completely used the pod. I personally like to reload before my hopper gets empty in case someone makes a mad dash to bunker me so that I still have some ammo to defend myself with.

With this system it seems like if you took the pod out while there were still balls in it, they would just run about in the bottom of the loader where the pods lock in and prevent you from loading another pod until you got all of the balls out of there.

It's hard to make this assumption based soley off of the picture above.
