Dremel's rule, I have Dremel kit and use it daily. But they are NOT for milling, especially aluminum. They are for fine work.

Was in Sears hardware last night and they had craftsman dremels on sale for $20 or so. Not sure if its a franchise wide sale tho..

Wal-mart sells battery dremmels 12.000 RPM's) for 25 bucks. Works great.
it's best not to go too cheap with a dremel type tool.
get the one with the highest rpm's you can afford. preferably adjustable. i don't reccomend the black and decker "wizard" cordless". batteries run down fast and they lack power.
imho a plug in dremel is your best bet with a good variety of tools.

Yea, get a high rpm dremel. Mine goes like 2 rpm, it sucks.
