Im a freshman at SJU in queens and I just finished regestering for my spring classes ... I was racking the numbers over and over again and watching as the available seats in the classes I wanted slowly diminish ... but when it all came to an end I got all the classes I needed at times that fit ... MWF In at 7 out at 10 Tuesdays In at 7 30 out at 12 (3 hour film course in there) and thursdays in at 7 30 and out at 9 .... pretty sweet!!!

anyone other college students regester lately?

I registered a while ago, but just changed my schedule today to give me a short financial break. I should get a small refund next semester from financial aid, instead of an $8,000 bill :)

Registering for classes... ARGH!

For 4 years, I could not register for my classes because everytime it said I did not meet minimum requirements - college algebra. I had to get written permission from every teacher every semester for 4 years. It caused some real problems.

You couldn't handle algebra...?

I would have to think simply taking college algebra would have been easier :)

I actually considered it, but I didn't know if that error would just be replaced by another missing pre-req that I didn't need.

I registered a few weeks ago. It sucks, I got the worst schedule. The latest I get to sleep in to is 10 in the morning.

man. I don't think they even offer algebra at my school. That's just silly.

Yeah, registration for winter quarter sucks. The previous 2 quarters I'v had no night classes and been able to take the exact classes that I want. Now that they decided to scale back classes for winter quarter 3 of the 4 classes I need to take are scheduled at the same time on the same day so I'm forced to take a bunch of gen. ed classes at night which sucks.
