Someone from AGD will have to say for sure - but I highly doubt it. When I was at the factory in April I saw a 55 gallon barrel that was half full of "scrap" valves. Many were tossed just becasue of bad laser engraving. Tom really cares about his product and I'd expect him to "recycle" the screwed up valves - but who knows, they might be sold as collectors items.

They are only engraved wrong for the xmag, they are fine for any other marker they make. I am sure they are being sold now or being put on new rtpros or something to that nature

Yeah, my dad has one on his Rougemag, but he bought it off a person who had the "bad" valve in the X, so I don't know about the ones people refused.

I have one on a RT Pro style configuration, you would never know it was off unless you were looking for it. My camera is dead right now, PM if pics are important to you.
Well 6 of them are here in Mexico, all in X-Mags. 4 X-Mags with those valves have been sold already, one went back to AGD (something was worng with the board) and there is still one for sale on a red X-Mag.

Some people were mad because they had just payed ~$1400 for a "flawed" gun.

I like how TK handled it. he gave choices.
Something like 1. Take as is. Discounted(I think)
2.Take as is with ability to trade in.
3.Wait for the "correct" XMag valves.

I agree with that, but I'm not crazy about the plain "X" on an Xmag either.I'm glad to have "X MAG" on mine.

I really want a corrected ones. The reason why I purchased one, is that Tom Kaye said they weren't going to resell the flawed ones, now that I forked out 300 bucks for a brand new one, i feel a little disgruntled.

that valve is correct hostage, it is correct for the entire line but RT, and xmags, and there really is no reason why anyone would buy an xvalve for an xmag , maybe you should have thought about that before chosing wich body to rip off;)

Well, what is actually the "correct" ones.Technically all valves should now be engraved at the 9 'o clock position then they would be correct for everyone and every mag. That is what Hostage was hoping to get. They older 10 'o clock engraving should now be the incorrect one based on the current Mag line.
Jay.
