40k is nothing... thats like what, 20 cases of paint? I could do that in a weekend ;)

I really don't think its possible for there to be "alot" of shots on an emag... as far as the valve goes, as long as the Orings are happy, it'll run forever... I'm a little hazy as to how well the electronics hold up though... but for damned sure they will last longer then 40k shots!

I had 65K+ on mine before I lost the solonoid. When I soldered a new one to the board, the shot counter reset, so I am at 3 or 4K now.

you cant really trust the shot counter it is not an odometer like on a car. They are easy to reset i have done it to mine a few times if the batt runs down too far the counter will reset.

The shot counter on mine resets all the time as well. I do know that I have shot around 40,000 balls through it plus probably another 15000 or more trigger actuations and/or dry fires. I bought mine used. I'm willing to bet that if mine actually had a shot counter that wounldn't reset, it would show over 100,000 shots. It still works like a top with no signs of wear.

Most people put 40K on em just dry firing em and letting thier friends dry fire em. Its nothing.

I don't think it really matters.

You can't trust the shot counter anyways. Mine was reset this weekend after an unsuccessful attempt at getting 3.2. At the end of the day Saturday after shooting a case and a bag. The counter said 5669...

So you really can't put much stock in the counter.

Also take into account that pulling the trigger with the electronics on but no gas in the system also "counts." This produces no wear but does go on the shot counter.

I did 55k on the Xmag before I had it on the field(many w/ no air)the first time, then I got 3.0 flashed on it and had another 10k on it in 2 days before I when back and got 3.2. Now it has 3k on it since I left it on over night by accident and killed the battery.

I stand corrected. :)

I guess I'll just have to get the 3.2!

Just turn it on and toggle the menu to Trigger(TRG).

The display reads "off" when at rest and "on" when the HES senses the trigger pull.No added shots and no cycling of the gun.

Yeah,40k is nothing. When I last returned Blazestorm's emag it had like 135,000 shots on it and that was over 2 months ago so I'm sure there's a good 20-30k more on it and who knows if it happened to have been reset by the original owner. Heck, I think 30k was put on that gun just letting people dry fire it at Pan Am last july.

86143 on mine.

A lot of them are just from pulling the trigger messing around. 20k, at least.
