check out my new baby! its a ebladed freeflow lotus. i am buying it from steelrat this friday. so i will have it by next thursday or friday. it has the following upgrades that i know about(this is my first cocker and i dont know much about em)

aka sidewinder

eclipse nexus ram with eclipse qevs

Steelrat is right. It's a AKA Sidewinder reg. Couple things to look out for on it. BTW it's a great reg.

If the marker is brand new AKA recommends 10k shots to break in their reg.

Also AKA recommends 800 psi or less in to the reg. So you should either run a adjustable tank OR a lower pressure preset. Don't go with any tank or pressure under 600 though.

On cockers you want your tank pressure to be about 200 psi above your guns operating input pressure. Otherwise you will start to get drop offs and shoot down at high ROF.

On FreeFlow stuff for good efficiency you want to run 320-350 input from your Sidewinder. That means you can have a tank input no less than 550 psi.

Basically you need your tank to put in to the Sidewinder btwn 550-800 psi.

The Sidewinder is a great reg though. Prob the only regs I would upgrade to on my Eblades.

Another FYI. Crossfire preset HP tanks have 850 psi output and AKA techs have said they are fine to use with sidewinders. Its what I use on this very gun. Also, the reg has been sweetspotted, so you dont need to adjust it at all.

Trust me, the High Pressure crossfires work just fine.

I just got my first cocker too, just about the same as yours except its all blue. Pick up some QEVs for that thing and never chop again...Kinda like a level x for cockers.:D

Close, its a lotus freeflow, which was the predecessor to the Rhythm. They actually look quite a bit alike.

haha screw my old emag that thing sucked balls this thing is fast as hell! my emag sucks compared to this! its lighter, faster, way more efficient, nicer looking, tigher setup, and all around way better! and the best of all is no more dumb lvl10! i didnt have one chop with my cocker today at all but my emag had the lvl10 and it would always get out of tune then it wouldnt even shoot. and the lvl10 sucked anyways. a tip for agd. make a new derlin bolt and throw lvl10 in the garbage and ace emags.

yeah they said it wouyldnt work well(the people who run the shop) with the black nylatron bolt because black doesnt reflect enough light but it worked fine never slowed down and not one single chop! other than when i accidently pulled the trigger when the barrel condom was on then i had a barrel break:D

Bolt color affecting eye performance is a myth. There is no change at all in performance. Even Eclipse has stated many many times that bolt color does not matter. People are just idiots. In fact the Eclipse Nexus even comes with a black bolt.

yeah i dont care what color it is as long as it works! and it worked great! freeflow nylatron bolts work great with eblades!

The eye is there to detect the ball and not the bolt. I've been using a Compulsive Edge bolt (black delrin) since January and I've had no problems.

The only time you really experience problems with eblades is when you start messing with the settings when you're not really sure what you're doing. There have been a lot of cases where people just plug in other people's settings and wonder why its not working for them.

People don't understand you have to figure out your own settings. The quality of the parts you buy will also effect how aggresive you can run your settings...especially your COFF times.

well i used it last sunday it was great! not a singlechop or barrel break. i am using my matrix in try outs tommorow but i may switch to my cocker latter in the day :eek: . i love them both! i dont think either will be leaving my hands for a long time :D
