Alright, I own an e-mag with an adjustable nitroduck tank which is hooked up through a macro line. My gun exhibits inefficiency with gas. With 3000 PSI I can only get off like 500 shots. Also, my nitroduck tank is adjustable, but the knob is broken or something and so I cannot change the output pressure, it is stuck on 800 PSI. Thus, after a day of play I had about 2000 PSI left in the tank so I figured - "Why not just leave it gassed up?" So I did.

After leaving it gassed up for about 4 weeks, I have noticed that all of the gas in the tank has gone. What I am wondering is, is it possible that the leak is being caused by something other than my macroline hookup? Could my valve be leaking or something like that? Any help would be appreciated

Spray the air fittings/guages with a bottle of soap & water.

Next, gas up the gun and use the spray bottle to shoot the air fittings on there.

This will show you if there's a leak somewhere outside the gun.

Once you do that, come back and let us know. We'll then start on the internals.
