I guess what I am asking is if I have access to a ULE emag rail, will it work with a mechanical marker set up like an intelliframe, x-valve and a ULE main body? Does it work for a non electric set up? What are the issues involved?

Yes, it will work just fine.
BUT, you will need an RT PRO sear but they come with the x-valves...

RT-Pro sears do not come with X-Valves.
All you need is an RT-Pro/E-Mag rail, ULE body, RT-Pro sear and of course the E-Mag frame.

I found that out the hard way. All my stuff came in and no sear pin! What a bummer....

The sear that comes with X-Valves is a regular Mag sear. If it has a brass bushing in it, then it's an RTP sear.
