im guessing the owner of that car did that while he was drunk, or he is basically insane. ALl i know is that is the wierdest thing i have ever seen. What is that on the side of the car?????????

the front plate is a japanese plate... and if i wasent so lazy i could walk out in town and take a few pics of others like that... its just the way the japanese people are they do things like that
