Has anyone used good patch companies online? I was all set to start making patches locally but they want $5 a patch. 1" - 2 3/4" is what I was looking for. So anyone know any good online companies that could help me?

Thanks,
tMAN

We found a local seamstress that could do the work.

Also, these newfangled digital embroidery machines work pretty good. The wife wants one but it's hard to justify the $1000+ for one - maybe next summer if I'm still employed...

There are many custom patch companies on the internet. A VERY simple search will bring up at least 3 or 4 with similar prices to each other. But as with most things, if you want really good prices you have to buy in bulk. So at a minimum be prepared to spend $250-$300 minimum anyways.

I have no idea what your budget is, or how many patches you want to make. But you should be able to get down to $1.25 - $2 per patch in bulk.

Canadian company, I've used them once or twice. Beutiful (sp?) work, good pricing.
