Always make sure you are IMing who you think you are, especially if you are announcing something like this.

Know whats even worse when u think ur talking to someone on aim but ur really talking to someone else but u dont notice that its someone else for about 10 mins. This can be a bad thing when talking to girls but usually saying "oh my bad im stoned" usually gets u out of it. :)

When I used to play everquest I got a few interesting IM's. People often hit the reply button automaticly and don't pay attention as to which person they are replying to.

Was chatting with a guildmember one day when she accideently sent a reply to me instead of the person she had been chatting with. I sat there for about 5 minutes reading her extremely graphic lesbian cybersex :) Needless to say she was somewhat embarrased when she realized she had been sending it all to the wrong person.Funny thing was for the next 2 years she felt the need for some odd reason to keep me updated on her sexlife.
