i was wondering if anyone knew how to contact empire? i need to return something to be looked at but want to speak to them first. i tried the email they have on their site but it says its un deliverable. any help is appreciated.

Youd have better luck catching Saddam *murmurs come from somebody else in the background* Ok, it appears I am late on this information. Getting ahold of em is hard, call National and specifically say what you want, many a times has this boy been hung up on or told "to come to the showroom and explain" Ugh. :D

You should contact the retailer. If it's for warranty service, follow the instructions in the warranty.
