Does that excal have the SCM mod similar to the matrix?

IMO that's the worst custom Viking/Excal milling so far.

SBSP, yes it is. The SCM was originally designed for the Viking and Excal, but AKA decided to make ti for other guns as well.

hmmm, is it just me, or does the front of the guns flowy milling remind you of the dm4? i like the rest of the body, and i am sure that this gun will not be an exception of dan's extremely high prices. but i would like to have one anyway:D !

Meh, I'm kind of disapointed. The front of the gun is very blah. I think it needs something else.

Meh, Bonebrake stuff has never impressed me. Overpriced..and just not impressive. Its kool to see the gun getting attention, specially by the Pan Am..but CMON, DESTRUCTIVE VIKING! :D

Eh, I'm not really impressed at all. Looks pretty bland if you ask me.

I like it cause the milling isn't overdone, and it reduces the blocky look of the stock excals.

yeah I like the looks a lot. Much better than a gaudy timmy or ugly cocker.

I never really like any viking/excal milling. They all look alot alike, and I just done care for them.

bonebreak stuff doesnt turn me on. The best viking i have seen is the highlander and the best excal was the edge...

I happen to like this milling very much. It is...very impressive. You guys forget that it's not the bright flash clown that is the most devious, it's the dark, shady one :)
I wish I could get a mag with those curves...

That is not one of the better Excals I have seen. The back end is not bad, but the front is a definite turn off.

how much are these going for?

Then buy a stock one and save yourself several hundred dollars.

IMO: Featherlite/Highlander/Crusader/Destructive > Bonebreak

The front doesn't flow with the back, and the milling looks crowded/messy where the body meets the solenoid tray.

Best AKA milling for Excal or Viking is the Immortal but that's just me. Also like the understated look of a Half-milled but that doesn't do much to reduce the heft of those guns.

I personally like the Destructive, Immortal, and Highlander (? i think thats it) more than this one.

Wow, someone brought this back from the grave. I had a bonebrake excal, it looks very nice in person, but the milling is not as aggressive as the feathers, DCs, or highlanders. The internals of all 04 excals are exactly the same, and they function exactly the same.

And the 04s are not hefty. The stock 04 excal is probably equivilant to a DM4.

very nice indeed

i think it looks great..its all preference though, and if you have the extra money for the extra milling, why not spend it?

And its only 1 of 26 ever made

Yeah, mine went to Germany, where the new owner promptly broke it, then blamed me. I miss it, it shot wonderfully. I guess my 04 feather excal is a good consolation prize though ;)

You can still get them new, as they had a good number in the manufacturing pipeline, but the days are numbered.
