Why can't I vote?

I can never vote on Ao. I just tried and can post but not vote? I am logged in but still nothing. This is what I get

Same with me, I asked a mod and I was told to ask someone else.

Guys.. I took a look at both your accounts and I can find nothing within the Bulletin Board settings nor your accounts that would do this from our end. It must be something in your personal settings or your browser doing it. Its not on our end. We do not know why some people cannot vote. But its set to allow polls and so therefore voting on our end for polls. I wish I had an answer for you but it appears to be on your end somewhere.

It's probably an issue with their browser or cookies.

I have a similar problem with ebay and deleting the auctions that I didn't win section.
I have to sign out, and sign back in and before I go to any other page I can delete them, but once I leave the page it give me the this isn't your account message.
