Just thought Id share... this is one of our (major(they do a lot for us)) sponsors Racing fourwheeler... It has over 15,000 invested in R&D and parts.

BTW, we drag race snowmobiles on the grass. If you have ever been to a race, you'll know the potential of a snowmobile on grass. We did very well this season, taking overall points in 6(might have been 7) classes including imp. classes with a stock '03 f7(snowpro) and stock '03 440(snowpro).

gimme 2 minutes to upload the pics... oops

me and my friend were thinking abotu getting 4 wheelers to ride back by my house nn the wood, but we have to go through a fish hatchery, trails, and into state property. so my dad said no cuz we get them taken away.

Dam nice stuff! Looks like loads of fun. I have gotten into restoring old Vespa Motor Scooters. I just picked up my third one and its a project one. Its going to get a complete ground up resto this winter. All I working with are the biggest engine ones. this one is gonna get some racing stuff into it before its all over.

Oh and anyone close looking for a 4 wheeler I got one for sale. Its a 300cc Kawasaki. Very clean for a 96 and not got many hours on it. Its not a racer. Its more of a utilitarian shaft drive one.

Well, Ill toss out some numbers.

The Improved Stock 1000 CC sled that we also race makes 265 horsepower. thats right, for all you rice burner people, 1 liter= 265 HP. One liter is a little less than 60 ci of displacement. over 17g invested in this project alone. And its not running so well this year. still runs 102mph in 500 feet.

Our stock f7 makes 143ish. 90ish in 500 feet.

The new RX-1 sled, which is a 4stroke trail machine, is uber heavy, and its a turd.... just add a turbo and it cranks 300 ponies. Only problem is, it tweaks the chasis out of true.. 300 hp supported by only sheet metal and rubber.. :)

I will verify some of the time and speed numbers, its been so long since Ive seen a time slip (season ended begining of novemer) and Ive forgotten all the grass stuff, because now.... theres over a foot of snow and thats all that matters :)

oh yeah the torque ratings are respectable too. Ill get some numbers from the DYNO tests and post em..

those banshees and whatnot don't got crap on my '93 kawasaki bayou 300. It is a finally tuned and beat to piss war machine. It has lived through me driving over trees and sinking in muskegs and whatnot. Ohh yeah Indly lite 340's rock too.

At the local race track they have a "run what you brung" night and let you race anything.
There will be bikes, cars, trucks and get this...snomobiles, there is nothing like siting in the stands in july and seeing a polaris whoop arse, funny stuff.
I will look for pics later

Bwahahahaha... good one!

There is nothing so scary as doing 65 on 10" wheels! Trust me! Some of these guys racing em are getting close to 100 MPH layin over on these little things. I talking about a 200 cc motor too! Fun!

I am really enjoying restoring these things. They so simple and still can find em fairly cheap. Make great cheap transportaion for inner city type stuff. Very manuverable much more so that an big wheeled bike. And some of the late 70's and early 80's stuff has like no miles on them and parts are easy to get and you can find em in pieces and stuff and build em back to perfect for like 600 bucks or so and they then worth two grand easy. Some of the older rare ones are going as high as 10 grand now. They becoming popular again. I getting all the peices I can before the later ones become collectable. They almost there now.

Alright, COMPLETLY off-topic, but I have a question for phil:

lol are you boycotting the verb "to be" or something??
"I talking about..."
"They so simple..."
"They becoming popular..."
"I getting all the pieces..."
"They almost there..."

lol, I can't stop thinking of the vietnamese girl in Full Metal Jacket... :p

LOL! No but I write just like I talk. And we would eliminate unnessicary verbs down here in the south. I don't doctor it up at all. What you hear is exactly like you and me sittin and talking. Good observation though!
