Just as the title says. And if so how much? I'd send it to my local shops but one is just too pricey and the other guy messed with too many unecessary stuff last time.

Shoot an email asking for an RA (Return Authorization) to AGD. What is your serial number on your valve? If it is high enough, you still may have a star left on your valve which gives you a repair for free.

Or you can email Tunaman He does great work very reasonably.

yeah, retro valves have two 'invisible' stars

the classics have the stars laser engraves on them, but the retro/x-valves do not, but they DO have two stars that can be used to send it into AGD for a free rebuild

right now my e-mag has one star left on it - they just drill a small hole on the bottom of the valve to signify that one has been used

If you have a Classic R/T, you are out of warrenty. It will be $45 to rebuild it. If you have an RT/Pro, then you have stars for warranty work.

Check here for more details: Warranty Info (http://www.airgun.com/WarrantyPolicy.shmtl)

I have a 68 without stars, that was purchased used. If I call airgun can they tell me if its ever been in for repairs?

SN is CF18114, any way to tell how old it is by the SN?
