Which tank would get me more shots for my avi impulse? Corssfire 68 45 with 450 psi output or a PMI 68 45 with a 850 psi output. The PMI is roughly 30 dollars more.

You'd get the same amount of shot out of both tanks. If I were you I'd go with the Crossfire. Crossfire makes the best pre-set tanks IMO. Plus the Crossfire's 450psi output is much closer to your Impulses operating pressure. Just remeber that you couldn't use the Crossfire on guns that require more psi to operate (like mags).

i agree with already stated. that you will limit your selection of markers you can use with a low pressure reg. both tanks hold the SAME amount of air. but i would guess that the low pressure reg would work best for you.

i have a centerflag 68 45, and imo it is the best preset tank out there. it is preset to 750, which is sort of in the middle of low pressure preset and hp preset. also it is incrediably consistent. i once had it on my old toxic imp, and hit 298 three times in a row, seriously. also, it is lighter than my friends crossfire, but his is an older model, so i am not too sure if it was accurate.

yeah, with an imp, a tank with a 450 output is perfect. go with the crossfire.

No, it should work fine. Just make sure to run it through your Max-flow just like you would with C02.

i dont think its really a bad thing, it'll just force your reg to work harder i think. then again i dont know that much about impulses.
