MODS: Somethings wrong with my private messaging

my box will only let me get like, 1 private message. I dont know where else to put this or how to ask, but somethings wrong. It will say its full when there are 3-4 messages, and is saying its full now when there is one.

Delete the files in your sent box, message tracking, and inbox.
